Currently, there is an increased demand for the appointment of a Manager by the First-tier Tribunal (previously known as the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal or LVT). Bernie Wales is recieving regular requests from leaseholders where there are severe management problems – particularly where the ‘Right to Manage’ process has run into difficulties and stalled.
Before you can apply to the Tribunal for the Appointment of a Manager, you must serve a Preliminary Notice. Click here to download a template.
