Bernie Wales has over 25 years’ experience as a successful entrepreneur. Focusing mainly on Property Services, he has founded, built and sold several companies. As well as providing training for Institutions such as ARMA, he has used his business, training and coaching skills to deliver growth and development opportunities to start-ups, small businesses and national property companies. He now concentrates his efforts to help residents and property professionals manage more easily, more happily, more professionally.

Sharon Smith has almost 30 years’ experience as a PA and in administration management. She spent ten years in the Diplomatic Service, including a posting to Geneva. Before setting up her own business, she worked as PA to the Chairman and European CEO, and as Global Administrator for Porter Novelli, a top 10 international public relations company.
Jane Hay has more than 20 years' experience working in the corporate world. She began her career with 10 years as a graphic artist and designer, then moved into the travel industry where she worked for both Thomson Holidays and Britannia Airways. She now provides Virtual Assistance and Website Design from Bedfordshire.
Mary McNeil is a website consultant and accredited coach. Following 15 years and several senior management posts in the travel industry, she now advises small companies on their website and online marketing strategy. She has written a fast-selling e-book on the subject of 'Websites That Get Clients' and brings a highly strategic and structured focus to her work.
